Meet the Farmhouse Chef, Jamie Dement – Saturday, 5:30-7:30pm – Celebrate the release of the chef’s first cookbook, “The Farmhouse Chef: Recipes & Stories from My Carolina Farm,” with a book signing, sample recipes and sips from local breweries at SEEDS, a local nonprofit with a two-acre urban garden and kitchen classroom. A portion of the proceeds will benefit SEEDS.
